Creamy & Fluffy Egg & Chicken Rice Bowl (for One)

  1. Slice the ingredients.
  2. Beat the eggs.
  3. Put the ingredients in a pan and simmer for a while.
  4. Add the onion, chicken and kamaboko.
  5. Simmer over medium heat.
  6. When the onion is cooked through, add 2/3 of the beaten egg.
  7. Cover with a lid.
  8. Simmer until it looks like this in the photo.
  9. Add the rest of the beaten egg and turn off the heat.
  10. Add the mitsuba leaves and cover for 30 seconds.
  11. Transfer on a bowl of rice.
  12. Done.
