Creamy & Fluffy Egg & Chicken Rice Bowl (for One)
- 2 medium Eggs
- 35 grams Chicken
- 1/4 large Onion
- 90 ml Water
- 1/3 tsp Dashi stock
- 2 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 1 tsp Mirin
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 slice Kamaboko
- 1 Nori seaweed
- 1 Mitsuba leaves
- 1 Shichimi spice
- Slice the ingredients.
- Beat the eggs.
- Put the ingredients in a pan and simmer for a while.
- Add the onion, chicken and kamaboko.
- Simmer over medium heat.
- When the onion is cooked through, add 2/3 of the beaten egg.
- Cover with a lid.
- Simmer until it looks like this in the photo.
- Add the rest of the beaten egg and turn off the heat.
- Add the mitsuba leaves and cover for 30 seconds.
- Transfer on a bowl of rice.
- Done.
