Sauteed Bitter Melon and Corned Beef
- 1 Bitter melon
- 1 can Corned beef
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp or more Sake
- 1 tbsp Mentsuyu
- Thinly slice the bitter melon.
- For how to prepare the goya, see.
- Finely chop the garlic.
- Put the corned beef into a frying pan and heat.
- Use a spatula to break up the corned beef.
- Add the bitter melon and garlic.
- Mix it up like this!
- When the goya has wilted, add the mentsuyu and sake.
- Mix it up!
- Check the taste!
- Transfer to a plate and serve!
- Garnish with green onions or bonito flakes if you like!
