Mock Sour Cream Topping for Baked Potatoes

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 13 cup milk
• 14 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 12 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
• chopped fresh chives or dried chives

1. Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer till smooth.
2. Chill until serving time.
