Stuffed Sizzlin Burger & Slaw

  1. Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  2. Combine ground beef, mustard, salt and pepper in bowl.
  3. Form into 8 (1/4-inch thick) patties.
  4. Cut 2 slices cheese into 4 pieces each.
  5. Place 2 pieces cheese on top of 4 patties.
  6. Top with remaining meat patties.
  7. Press edges to seal.
  8. Place patties onto grill.
  9. Grill, turning once, 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 160F and meat is no longer pink in center.
  10. Top each burger with 1 slice cheese; melt slightly.
  11. Place burgers onto bottom half of buns; top each with 2 tablespoons coleslaw and top half of bun.
  12. Variation: Sizzlin' Burger & Slaw.
  13. Reduce cheese slices to 4.
  14. Prepared patties as directed.
  15. Do not stuff.
  16. Grill as directed above.
