Pancakes with Sausages and Strawberry Topping

• 1 Tbsp. apricot preserves
• dash ground cinnamon
• 1/2 cup chopped strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 4 frozen pancakes (4 inch)
• 2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Strawberry 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
• 4 OSCAR MAYER Ready to Serve Pork Sausage Patties

1. Mix preserves and cinnamon in medium bowl.
2. Add strawberries; mix lightly.
3. Set aside.
4. Spread pancakes with cream cheese spread; top each with sausage patty.
5. Place 2 pancakes on microwaveable plate.
6. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
7. Repeat with remaining pancakes.
8. Serve topped with strawberry mixture.
