Espresso Grog

  1. In a suacepan over low heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add brown sugar and spices.
  3. Allow to cool (mixture can now be stored in the refidgerator till ready to use).
  4. To serve, place one teaspoon of the mixture in the bottom of a small espresso cup.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon cream, and 1 strip of both orange and lemon zest.
  6. Add 1 oz espresso and a tiny bit (less than 1/8 tsp) of rum extract.
