Spinach Casserole

• 2 each spinach, frozen 2 packages
• 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese grated
• 1 each sour cream 1 carton
• 1 each onion soup mix dry, 1 package
• 2 tablespoons margarine
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs

1. Cook spinach until done according to the package directions.
2. Drain well and make sure to squeeze out excess water.
3. Brown crumbs in margarine.
4. Mix onion soup, sour cream and 1 cup of cheese with spinach.
5. Pour in greased pan.
6. Top with remaining cheese.
7. Bake at 300F (150C) for 45 min.
