Oven-Baked Halibut Steaks

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. With knife, cut each halibut steak crosswise in half; chop bread into small pieces.
  2. On waxed paper, mix bread, parsley, seasoned salt, and seasoned pepper.
  3. In 13-inch by 9-inch glass baking dish, arrange halibut steaks; press bread-crumb mixture on top.
  4. Bake halibut, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  5. Garnish fish with parsley sprigs.
