Hoover's Ham

• 2 ham slices, 1-inch thick
• Spicy brown mustard
• Dijon mustard

1. Heat broiler.
2. Place ham slices on broiler pan and broil 5 minutes on each side.
3. Spread with mustard during last 3 minutes of broiling.
4. Serve immediately.
