Sauteed Razor Clams over Linguini

  1. Heat a large saute pan, add butter, olive oil, garlic and razor clams.
  2. When butter has melted, add clam juice and white wine.
  3. Saute clams until heated through.
  4. Add pre-cooked linguini, Parmesan, and dried cilantro.
  5. Serve with fresh, crusty bread.
