Tooshort4's Holiday Leftovers Casserole
- 8 ounces pasta
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 7 ounces of shredded cheese
- 12 red pepper, diced
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 12 cup green onion, sliced
- 2 cups broth
- 2 cups milk
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon ground pepper
- 12 teaspoon seasoning
- 12 cup diced ham
- 12 cup diced turkey
- Preheat to 375.
- Melt butter in a big pan.
- Add the Red Pepper.
- Saute.
- Add garlic and green onion, then saute for another minute.
- Stir in the flour until it seems blended good.
- Stir in chicken broth, cook until thick.
- stir in the milk.
- continue cooking and stir frequently.
- Add the seasonings, ham and turkey.
- heat through.
- Stir in the cheese until its melted.
- Stir in the pasta.
- Put it in the baking dish.
- Put in the breadcrumbs and melted butter.
- Bake for about a half hour to 45 minutes, until it looks done/bubbly.
