Zucchini Appetizers

• 3 cups small zucchini, thinly sliced (about 4 small)
• 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
• 12 cup onion, finely chopped
• 12 cup parmesan cheese, grated
• 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 12 teaspoon seasoning salt
• 12 teaspoon dried marjoram or 12 teaspoon oregano
• 12 cup vegetable oil
• 4 eggs, lighted beaten

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease a 9 X 13 cake pan.
3. Mix all ingredients and spread in pan.
4. Bake until golden brown on top, about 25 into pieces.
5. Cut into pieces about 2 x 1 inch.
6. Makes about 4 dozen appetizers.
