Chicken Mexican Casserole Recipe
- 1 chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can minced green chilies
- 12 corn tortillas
- Grated cheese
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 sm. can evaporated lowfat milk
- Boil chicken and debone.
- Mix soups, lowfat milk, and chilies together.
- Add in chicken.
- Dip tortillas in chicken broth to soften.
- Then layer in a casserole dish.
- Add in layer of soup mix then grated cheese.
- Add in another layer of tortillas then soup mix then cheese.
- Cook at 350 degrees till bubbly.
