Vegan Peanut Butter, Granola, and Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 cup quinoa flour
- 1 cup unbleached flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup raw sugar
- 12 cup coconut oil or 12 cup vegan butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 cup almond milk or 12 cup soymilk or 12 cup rice milk
- 14 cup peanut butter
- 12 cup granola cereal
- 1 12 cups vegan dark chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix batter together until smooth in a mixer or by hand.
- Form 1 to 2 inch balls in your hands and place on a cookie sheet.
- These cookies wont spread out too much so you can place them close together.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes.
