Boss Pit Dry Barbecue Seasoning Recipe

• 13 ounce Salt
• 1 1/2 ounce Black pepper
• 1 ounce Chili pwdr
• 1 Tbsp. Celery salt
• 1 sm can allspice
• 1 sm can onion pwdr
• 2 ounce Red pepper
• 1 ounce Garlic pwdr
• 1 ounce MSG (optional)
• 1 sm can nutmeg
• 1 sm can grnd cloves

1. Combine all ingredients and rub into meat prior to placing on the pit.
2. This seasoning is excellent on shoulders and ribs.
