Chicken n Veg Roll by Nancy
- 1 cup Chicken boneless
- 1/2 cup iceberg lettuce chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper chopped
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 sliced cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 egg rolls wrappers/pizza rolls wrappers
- 1 tsp ginger,garlic paste
- 1 oil for frying
- Take chicken in a pan add half soy sauce,half black pepper powder,salt and ginger,garlic paste add needed water and cook till tender let it cool shred it and keeps aside
- Now take vegetables in a pan add remaining soy sauce,black pepper,salt and cheese slice cook for 2 minutes let it cool mix with chicken add mayonnaise and make filling.
- Now take roll pattie and wrapped it.
- Now fry roll till it get golden brown.
