Baked desert rangoon
- 2 cup thinly chopped fruit (Pear, Apple, blueberries etc)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 packages room temperature cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar (brown, raw and white sugar all work beautifully)
- 1 a drizzle of honey
- 12 wonton wrappers
- Preheat oven to 350F, spray muffin tin with oil or non stick spray and place wonton wrappers in the individual cups and lightly press the center down to make room for the filing.
- In a bowl mix all of the filing ingredients together and dollop about 2 tbsp of the filing in each wonton wrap until all is the filing is used.
- Bake in the oven until the wonton wrappers become light brown.
- This takes about 10 minutes.
- Then let cool and drizzle honey on top.
