Pumpkin Spiced White Hot Chocolate

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup good quality white chocolate chips, Ghirardelli recommended
• 12 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 12 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
• whipped cream
• additional pumpkin pie spice, to sprinkle on top

1. Heat cream and milk in a pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until hot but not boiling.
2. In a medium sized bowl, pour heated cream and milk over white chocolate chips.
3. Stir until chips are melted.
4. Add vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice.
5. Top with whipped cream and another sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
