Habanero Lime Garlic Crema

• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup cilantro including stems
• 1 each habanero
• 1 clove garlic minced
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tsp lime zest optional

1. Zap everything in a blender for 20 to 30 seconds.
2. Done!
