Peach Honey

• 1 lb. fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced; or 1 lb. frozen peaches; or 1 lb. dried peaches
• 3 Tbs. honey
• 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

1. Blend all ingredients in food processor for 3 minutes until smooth.
2. Pour into container, and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
