Easy Chocolate Mousse

  1. Sprinkle gelatine over cold water in small saucepan; let stand 1 minute.
  2. Stir on low heat until gelatine completely dissolves, about 2 minutes.
  3. Place milk, sugar, cocoa and vanilla in electric blender or food processor container; cover.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. While processing, gradually add gelatine mixture through feed cap, processing until blended.
  6. Pour into medium bowl.
  7. Blend in 1-1/2 cups whipped topping with wire whisk.
  8. Pour into dessert dishes or 1 quart bowl.
  9. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
  10. Garnish with remaining whipped topping.
