Mixed Greens with Raspberry Vinaigrette

  1. Blend vinegar and shallots in blender or processor.
  2. With machine running, gradually add oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine romaine, radicchio and endive in large bowl.
  5. Toss with enough vinaigrette to coat.
