Easy Chocolate Pudding

  1. Place chocolate chips in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
  2. In a medium pot, heat coconut milk, xylitol and coconut oil to a simmer.
  3. Pour coconut milk mixture into food processor.
  4. Process until smooth.
  5. Pour into 4-ounce mason jars.
  6. Serve.
