Dew Berry Cream Pie Recipe
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- Berries to fill level of pie
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 well beaten Large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. flour
- Healthy pinch of salt
- Combine sugar, flour, Large eggs, lowfat sour cream and salt.
- Pour over berries and allow to settle to bottom, then mix: 8 tbsp.
- sugar 4 tbsp.
- butter
- This mix should be crumbly.
- Spread over top of pie.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min or possibly till browned.
- Makes a very large pie.
- Note: For electric oven 325 degrees - for gas oven 350 degrees.
