Exotic Fruit Frappe
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups pineapple, diced
- 2 cups mangoes, diced
- 1 cup papaya, diced
- 1 banana, diced
- 2 passion fruit
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 2 12 cups half-and-half cream
- Chop lemongrass and heat with sugar and water until sugar has dissolved.
- Let cool, then strain out lemongrass and chill syrup.
- Pulse half of fruit with half the sugar syrup, 1 cup of ice cubes and 1 1/4 cups cream until blended and frothy.
- Pour into a chilled pitcher and repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
