Boiled Vanilla Custard Recipe

  1. Beat Large eggs.
  2. Add in sugar and lowfat milk.
  3. Cook in a double boiler over low heat.
  4. Cook till mix thickens and coats a metal spoon, Stir constantly.
  5. Remove from heat and add in 6 large marshmallows cut up into small pcs.
  6. Heat completely.
  7. Add in 1 tsp.
  8. vanilla.
  9. Cold and chill.
  10. Serve with whipped cream or possibly Cold Whip.
  11. Great with coconut cake.
