Crustless Cheddar Carrot Quiche Recipe

  1. Boil carrots in 1 inch water, cover and set aside.
  2. Combine lowfat milk, Large eggs, onions and seasonings till well blended.
  3. Stir in liquid removed carrots and cheese.
  4. Spray pan with Pam and pour mix into pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
  6. Serves 4.
