Cheesy Asparagus Quesadillas
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses
- 12 flour tortillas (6 inch)
- 12 fresh asparagus spears, cut into thirds
- 3/4 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- Sprinkle about 2 Tbsp.
- cheese onto one half of each tortilla; top with 3 asparagus pieces.
- Fold tortillas in half.
- Heat large heavy skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.
- Add quesadillas, in batches; cook 2 to 3 min.
- on each side or until crisp and lightly browned on both sides.
- Cut quesadillas into thirds.
- Serve with salsa.
