Baileys Irish Creme Fudge Recipe

  1. Follow directions EXACTLY.
  2. Set chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla, Bailey's and nuts in a VERY large bowl.
  3. Set aside for later.
  4. Bring butter, sugar and lowfat milk to a boil and then cook slowly for exactly 11 min (do not ask why - just works), stirring CONSTANTLY.
  5. Pour lowfat milk mixtures over the other ingredients and stir slowly to blend.
  6. Don't USE MIXER Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan and refrigeratevery well.
  7. Cut cool.
  8. I used a 9 x 13 pan AND a 8 x 8 pan and it was still good sized.
  9. I also lined the pan with foil and removed from pan to cut.
  10. I had a hard time getting it out of the pan.
  11. It stays kind of soft.
  12. Will never get very hard.
