Macrobiotic Chocolate-Like Carob Cake

  1. Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
  2. If you're nit-picky about lumps, sift the ingredients before mixing.
  3. Add all rest of the ingredients to the bowl, and mix do not knead together until the batter is evenly incorporated.
  4. Pour the batter into the cake pan, and sprinkle with nuts or any other topping of your choice.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about 30 minutes.
