Helluva Veggie Melt

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Lay the piece of bread on a cookie sheet or other pan.
  3. Arrange vegetables in layers on the bread.
  4. Sprinkle with herbs and lay cheese on top.
  5. Place in oven and bake 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Enjoy your hot sandwich.
