Fiesta Skillet Dinner

  1. Cook ground beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5-8 minutes or until browned.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Stir in rice, water, tomatoes and salt.
  4. Continue cooking 5-6 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low.
  6. Cover; cook, stirring occasionally, 5-6 minutes or until rice is tender.
  7. Stir in cheese; sprinkle with tortilla chips.
  8. *Substitute 2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans any variety chunky tomatoes with seasonings.
