Mustard Tarragon Chicken
- 12 cup butter, melted
- 12 teaspoon ground mustard
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- 34 cup breadcrumbs
- 14-12 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- In a shallow bowl combine the butter, mustard and garlic salt.
- In a another shallow bowl combine the bread crumbs, tarragon and pepper.
- Dip chicken into the butter mixture then coat with crumb mixture.
- Place in an ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
- Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear.
