Lemon Peppered Chicken

  1. Thaw skinless/boneless chicken completely
  2. Preheat skillet, griddle or pan to Medium-High (depends on how hot your stove gets)
  3. Add a "dab" of oil or spray Pam into your griddle, skillet or pan (I use Pam)
  4. Cook chicken thoroughly until golden brown on the outside and white in the middle (no blood or pink color)
  5. Sprinkle garlic salt lightly over your cooked chicken and then a dash of Lemon Pepper (to taste).
  6. Add any sides you might want with LPC.
  7. I usually do rice and a can of something.
