Lemon Peppered Chicken
- 3 lb Boneless, skinless Chicken breast (or legs)
- 1 dash Lemon Pepper
- 1 dash Garlic Salt
- 1 dash of veggie oil or Pam to coat cook ware.
- Thaw skinless/boneless chicken completely
- Preheat skillet, griddle or pan to Medium-High (depends on how hot your stove gets)
- Add a "dab" of oil or spray Pam into your griddle, skillet or pan (I use Pam)
- Cook chicken thoroughly until golden brown on the outside and white in the middle (no blood or pink color)
- Sprinkle garlic salt lightly over your cooked chicken and then a dash of Lemon Pepper (to taste).
- Add any sides you might want with LPC.
- I usually do rice and a can of something.
