Crock Pot Mac and Cheese
- 1 box (16 Oz. Box) Favorite Macaroni
- 20 ounces, weight Cheddar Or Mix Of Prefered Cheese
- 1 package (8 Oz. Package) Cream Cheese
- 1/2 sticks Butter
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Milk (or Cream If Feeling Devious)
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Boil pasta until almost done.
- Drain and pour into a crock pot.
- Cut or shred cheese and add to the crock pot with cream cheese.
- Melt butter and allow to cool.
- Add eggs to butter and beat until combined.
- Pour egg mixture with milk into the crock pot and stir.
- Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring a couple of times throughout.
- When done, mix well, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
- You can dress it up by adding veggies, or bacon, or anything.
