Classic Spaghetti Bolognese Sauce
- 400 grams Mixed ground beef and pork
- 1/2 Onions (finely chopped)
- 1/3 Carrot (finely chopped)
- 50 grams Celery (finely chopped)
- 2 clove Garlic (finely chopped)
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 100 ml Red wine
- 1 can Canned diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Consomme stock granules
- 1 Bay leaf
- 150 ml Tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tabalespoon Parsley (finely chopped)
- 400 grams Pasta
- Heat olive oil in a pot and saute the onion until transparent.
- Add the ingredients and stir-fry until tender.
- Add the ground meat, season with salt and pepper and stir-fry.
- Add the red wine and evaporate the alcohol.
- Add the ingredients and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes until the sauce reaches your preferred thickness.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve over cooked pasta.
- Sprinkle on a mixture of the ingredients to taste.
- Toss with spaghetti and enjoy.
