Horseradish..... Horseradish Sauce

• 12 cup fat, free or 12 cup low-fat mayonnaise
• 12 cup fat, free or 12 cup reduced-fat sour cream
• 14 cup prepared horseradish
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 12 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 18 teaspoon ground black pepper

1. .In a small bowl, mix all ingredients well.
2. Cover and refrigerate over night if possible.
