salsa roja

  1. boil tomatoes until soft
  2. peel and chop onion
  3. remove stem from jalepenos leave seeds
  4. in food processor combine tomatoe onion and jalepenos blend
  5. add cilantro,black pepper,olive oil,chili powder, garlic.
  6. blend again
  7. place salsa in container and let sit for 1hr to enhance flavor.
  8. for more kick add a few serrano peppers to your liking.
  9. use to top tacos and any of your favorite foods!
