Tonbei-yaki: For A Hearty Bento
- 1 medium Egg
- 1 tsp Milk
- 1 large slice Thinly sliced pork belly
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 dash Green onion
- 1 Seasoned salt and pepper
- 1 dash Honey
- Cut up the pork and onion.
- Chop the green onion finely.
- Stir fry the onion, pork and some of the green onion.
- Add the ingredients.
- Combine the milk and egg.
- Pour the egg mixture into a half of the frying pan.
- Put the stir-fried ingredients on top.
- It will look like this.
- Add ketchup, Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce, and more chopped green onions.
- Mayonnaise is good too.
- It takes up half the space for the side items in the bento box.
