Tonbei-yaki: For A Hearty Bento

  1. Cut up the pork and onion.
  2. Chop the green onion finely.
  3. Stir fry the onion, pork and some of the green onion.
  4. Add the ingredients.
  5. Combine the milk and egg.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into a half of the frying pan.
  7. Put the stir-fried ingredients on top.
  8. It will look like this.
  9. Add ketchup, Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce, and more chopped green onions.
  10. Mayonnaise is good too.
  11. It takes up half the space for the side items in the bento box.
