Feta-Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

  1. Cut the tops off the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Run a small knife around the inside of the tomatoes, remove and discard the seeds, keeping the tomatoes whole.
  3. Place the cream cheese in a bowl and stir until smooth.
  4. Add the sour cream, feta cheese, chives, and Italian seasoning and stir until smooth.
  5. Spoon some of the cheese mixture into each of the tomatoes and arrange on a serving plate.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
