Feta-Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes
- 32 cherry tomatoes
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onion
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Cut the tops off the cherry tomatoes.
- Run a small knife around the inside of the tomatoes, remove and discard the seeds, keeping the tomatoes whole.
- Place the cream cheese in a bowl and stir until smooth.
- Add the sour cream, feta cheese, chives, and Italian seasoning and stir until smooth.
- Spoon some of the cheese mixture into each of the tomatoes and arrange on a serving plate.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
