Pepper 'n' Bacon wrap
- 1 green
- red pepper
- 1 big mushroom
- 1/2 onion
- 6 pieces of bacon
- Hot jalapeno sauce
- Really simple: cut the pepper in 8 vertically.
- Do the same with the mushroom and the onion in an "julienne" like style.
- Pile up a piece of each, add a fair amount of hot sauce, and wrap it up in bacon.
- Do the same with remaining vegies.
- Broil in the oven for 5 to 10 min: done!
- 3 to 4 per person with a fresh beer makes a delicious barbecue appetizer.
