Pepper 'n' Bacon wrap

  1. Really simple: cut the pepper in 8 vertically.
  2. Do the same with the mushroom and the onion in an "julienne" like style.
  3. Pile up a piece of each, add a fair amount of hot sauce, and wrap it up in bacon.
  4. Do the same with remaining vegies.
  5. Broil in the oven for 5 to 10 min: done!
  6. 3 to 4 per person with a fresh beer makes a delicious barbecue appetizer.
  7. Enjoy!
