Porcupine Meatballs (Girlfriends on the Go)
- 1 12 lbs lean ground turkey
- 12 cup uncooked brown rice
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's tomato soup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Combine meat, rice, salts, pepper, and onion and mix well.
- Place in a 9 x 13 pan.
- Mix together Worchestershire sauce and tomato soup and pour over meatballs.
- Bake at 350 for 1 - 1 1/2 hours until rice is tender.
- Turn meatballs halfway through baking.
