Chicken Scampi
- 1- 1/2 stick Butter Or Margarine
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced (add More If Desired)
- 1/4 C. Finely Diced Onion
- 1 package Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless , Cubed
- 1/4 cups White Wine (can Use Apple Juice)
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley Flakes
- Nature's Seasoning
- 13 cups Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs
- Directions

- Heat broiler
- 2.
- In broiler safe skillet melt butter and add garlic and onion.
- Cook until translucent over medium heat, add chicken and continue cooking until all pink is gone, uncovered.
- Add in wine and parsley and cook five minutes covered.
- Sprinkle the top of chicken with bread crumbs and place under the broiler until golden brown.
- Serve over rice with a vegetable on the side.
