Pineapple Zucchini Bread Recipe

  1. Beat Large eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla till thick.
  2. Stir in rest of ingredients and blend well.
  3. Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
