Gluten Free Banana Bread

  1. Mix first 6 (the dry) ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix bananas, sugar, oil, vanilla, and eggs in another mixing bowl.
  3. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and then stir in the nuts and cinnamon.
  4. Bake in a buttered 9 X 5 loaf pan at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
  5. Enjoy!
