Gluten Free Banana Bread
- 1 cup White Rice Flour
- 13 cups Brown Rice Flour
- 23 cups Starch Combo (I Use Potato And Corn)
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Xanthan Gum
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 3 whole Ripe Bananas
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 1/2 cups Canola Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cups Chopped Nuts Of Your Choice
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Mix first 6 (the dry) ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Mix bananas, sugar, oil, vanilla, and eggs in another mixing bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and then stir in the nuts and cinnamon.
- Bake in a buttered 9 X 5 loaf pan at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
