Michael's Oven Fried Teriyaki Chicken Recipe
- 1 cut up fryer chicken
- 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 2/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- In a mixing bowl, blend soy sauce, honey, garlic and oil.
- Set aside.
- Skin chicken and throw away the skin.
- Place in a shallow baking dish and pour the soy sauce-honey mix over the chicken.
- Marinate 1 to 2 hrs.
- In a shallow dish mix together corn flake crumbs and flour.
- After the marinade time has elapsed, remove chicken from marinade and pour marinade into a shallow dish.
- Dip chicken in marinade and then dip in flour-crumbs mix.
- Place in well sprayed baking dish.
- Drizzle melted butter over chicken.
- Place in preheated 375 degree oven for 45 min or possibly till fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
