Crunchy Raisin-Almond Cookies

  1. Preaheat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg; beat until well blended.
  4. Add flour, baking powder and cinnamon; mix well.
  5. Gently stir in cereal and cranberries.
  6. Drop level tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
  7. Bake 10 min.
  8. or until lightly browned.
  9. Cool on baking sheets 1 min.
  10. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  11. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
