Crunchy Raisin-Almond Cookies
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1-1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 cups trail mix with raisins and almond cereal
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- Preaheat oven to 350F.
- Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Add egg; beat until well blended.
- Add flour, baking powder and cinnamon; mix well.
- Gently stir in cereal and cranberries.
- Drop level tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
- Bake 10 min.
- or until lightly browned.
- Cool on baking sheets 1 min.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
- Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
