Broiled Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Arrange chops on broiler pan.
  3. In a small pot, combine vinegar, sugar, rosemary, and garlic.
  4. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low.
  5. Simmer 10 minutes to thicken sauce.
  6. Remove garlic.
  7. Broil chops 5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
  8. Season chops with salt and pepper.
  9. Transfer chops to warm serving platter and drizzle with balsamic rosemary reduction.
