Easy Chicken Recipe
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 env. dry onion soup
- 1 cut-up fryer chicken or possibly parts
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. regular rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix the celery soup with lowfat milk and rice, pour into the baking dish.
- Lay lightly salted and peppered chicken in this mix, sprinkle with dry onion soup.
- Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
