Buttered Shrimp

  1. Melt the butter in a pan /medium heat and add the galic.
  2. Add the ginger and cooked until the color turns light to golden brown.
  3. Put the shrimp and simmer.
  4. When the shrimp turned orange you can now put the pickles.
  5. Put the lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Sprinkle the spring onion and let the liquid evaporate completly.
  7. Stir it and turn off the heat.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
